Toolbase is built by people who actually use the tools we write about, and the reviews get better when readers push back. If something is wrong, out of date, or missing, we want to hear it.

The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@gettoolbase.org. We read every message and reply to most within two to three working days.
What to write about
- Corrections. Spotted an error, a broken link, or a price that has changed? Tell us the article and what is off, and we will fix it.
- Tool suggestions. Using something genuinely useful for running a one-person business that we have not covered? Send it our way.
- Feedback on a tool or calculator. If one of our free utilities gave you a wrong result or behaved oddly, describe what you did and what you expected.
- Partnerships and press. For collaboration or media questions, email us with the details and we will route it to the right person.
What we do not do
We do not accept payment to change a review or to add a tool to a "best of" list. Pitches offering that will not get a reply. Honest coverage is the only thing this site has, and we are not selling it.
Privacy
Anything you email us is handled as described in our privacy policy. We use your message only to respond, and we will not add you to any list without your consent.
